Services

Killian's Air Conditioning is a licensed HVAC contractor (Florida License #CAC1823158) providing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance services in Pinellas County, FL and surrounding areas.

All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians in accordance with applicable Florida building codes and industry standards.

Estimates & Pricing

We provide flat-rate pricing for our services. Estimates are provided based on information available at the time of assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Estimates are not binding until accepted by both parties. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We ask that you provide reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. This allows us to accommodate other customers and manage our scheduling efficiently.

Emergency HVAC services are available 24/7. Emergency service availability may be subject to technician availability and weather conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Financing options are available through Wisetack, our third-party financing partner. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of the lender. Killian's Air Conditioning is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Please review Wisetack's terms and conditions before applying.

Warranties

Equipment installed by Killian's Air Conditioning is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We install equipment from leading manufacturers including Carrier, Trane, and Rheem. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product — details are provided at the time of installation.

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a workmanship guarantee on all installations and repairs. Specific warranty terms will be provided on your service invoice.

Customers enrolled in our Cool Club maintenance program receive additional benefits including priority service and extended coverage. See our Service Agreements page for details.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Killian's Air Conditioning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
